摘要
以甘肃4个品种紫花苜蓿(天水苜蓿、定西苜蓿、庆阳苜蓿、酒泉苜蓿)种子为材料,以发芽率、发芽势、根长、芽长、发芽指数、活力指数为指标,研究了黄腐酸不同浓度浸种不同时间对紫花苜蓿种子活力的影响。结果表明:黄腐酸能够影响苜蓿种子的活力;黄腐酸浓度不同,处理时间不同,种子品种不同,测试的种子活力指标不同,其影响也不同;从6个种子活力指标综合来看,0.05%浸种2h效果最好,对4种紫花苜蓿种子活力均有明显的促进作用。
Used 4 Gansu alfalfa varieties of Tianshu, Dingxi, Qingyang, and Jiuquan seeds as tested materials, with germination percentage, germination energy, shoot length, root length, germination index, vigor index as indexes, the study aimed to discuss the effect of different fulvic acid concentration and different soak time on the vigor of alfalfa seeds. Results showed: Fulvic acid could influence the activiey of alfalfa seeds; Different fulvic acid concentration , different soak time, different varieties, different tested indexes, effect of fulvic acid on alfalfa seeds vigor were different. According to 6 indexes performance,the treatment of 0.05% soaking 2 h had the best positive role on the activity for four alfalfa seeds.
