摘要 广域测量技术的发展和应用为电力系统电压稳定预测奠定了基础。为了提高电力系统的安全稳定运行,提出了一种基于广域测量系统(WAMS)的电力系统关键节点电压稳定在线预测方法。该方法根据安装在关键节点的相量测量单元(PMU)实时采集的局部电压、电流相量,利用最小二乘法拟合出电压、电流相量随着负荷增长的变化趋势,可预测出该负荷增长下未来某一时刻关键节点的电压、电流相量变化。利用电压稳定复合判据来评估电压的稳定性并采用k值指示节点的电压稳定程度。在2机5节点及新英格兰10机39节点系统上通过仿真计算,结果表明该方法能有效预测关键节点的电压稳定性。 The development and application of wide-area measurement technology have laid foundation of onhne prediction of voltage stability in large-scale power system. We proposed a new methed to measure the voltage stability at the key node, which was based on the WAMS to increase power system security. Using the partial voltage phasor and current phasor gathered by PMU fixed on the key node, it can get the change tendency of the voltage phasor and current phasor with load growth by the least squares method So, the method can predict the change of voltage pha- sor and current phasor of the key node next time under the load growing. The voltage stability can be judged using voltage compound criterion. And the voltage stability margin of the key node can be indicated by the k value. The results from simulation on the 2-machine 5-bus system and New England 10-machine 39-bus system show that the method can predict voltage stability of the key node effectively.
