摘要
公平正义是社会制度的首要价值,一个建立在执政合法性基础上的政党,要实现社会的公平正义,首先必须澄清误识,正确解读"党的合法利益"与"党的特殊利益";其次要清楚,党内一旦形成"既得利益集团",就会腐蚀社会的公平正义;最后,需要通过完善社会公平机制防范党内"既得利益集团"的形成,赢得民众对其所控制政权的认同。
Fair and just are the first values of social system. The ruling party on base of legal status should carry out three points if they realize it. Firstly, legal interests and special interests of the CPC are interpreted. Secondly, it is realized that if vested interests is formed within the party fair and just would be corrupted. Finally, people approve the ruling party through the fair mechanism is been improving in order to be on guard to form vested interests within the party.
