摘要
本文在文献调研和实地访谈的基础上,结合苏南民营企业在转型过程中自身规模的扩大出现的不同情况提出了不同内容的创新模式。主要分为以职能创新为重点的管理创新模式、以文化创新为重点的管理创新模式和以创建学习型组织为重点的管理创新模式,并阐述了苏南民营企业管理创新模式中所注意的问题。
This text, on the basis of documents research and interview on the spot, according to the expansion of one's own scale in the course of making the transition of enterprise run by the local people of southern Jiangsu, proposes the innovative mode of function of differ- ent contents. The article divides it for the mode of management innovation taking innovating in function as focal point mainly, the mode of management innovation taking cultural innovation as focal point and mode of management innovation taking establishing studying type to organize as focal point, and elaborates the problems which should pay attention to among transaction enterprise run by the local people of southern Jiangsu
