摘要 在出口绩效的相关研究中,市场导向被认为是重要的决定因素之一,但文献中缺乏针对中国企业出口市场导向的实证研究。文章在对市场导向的概念和测量问题进行简要的文献综述的基础上,结合定性研究的结果,开发了一套适合中国企业的复合项目量表以测量出口市场导向,检验了其信度和效度,并简要探讨了本研究的意义及其局限性。 In the literature of export performance, market orientation is considered to be one of the most important determinants. However, no empirical researches about export market - oriented activities of Chinese firms are available in related literature. This study develops a muhiple - item measurement scale of Chinese finns on the basis of a brief literature review of the conceptualization and measurement of market orientation and the findings of qualitative interviews. The reliability and validity of the scale are assessed, and the significance and limitation of this research are provided as well.
