Confucianism Values Inheritance and Innovation——Based on Eeastern Asian Enterprise Harmonious Symbiosis

文章探讨了企业价值观的相容或相似对不同国家企业共生的重要性;分析了东亚主要国家企业价值观的共性和个性,特别是我国企业存在的不足;指出东亚企业要实现和谐共生,必须以儒家价值观为基础,加强继承和创新,构建统一的东亚企业价值观。

This article has mainly discussed the importance of enterprise values accommodating or similar to the different national enterprise symbiosis, and analyzed the enterprise values＇ general characters and the individualities of the main country in the eastern Asian, specially the questions of our country＇s enterprises. It has pointed out that if the eastern Asian enterprises realize the harmonious symbiosis; they must take the Confucianist values as a foundation and enhance inheritance and innovation to construct the unified East Asian enterprise values.
