摘要
通过玻璃组成与性能关系的设计研究,以及玻璃/钙长石/莫来石复合设计,研究了合适的玻璃相种类对复合材料的介电性能等的影响。通过比较其综合性能,初步确定出性能优良的低熔、低介玻璃粉末。
The relation of the glass composition and performance were studied, the effect of the better glass kinds on the dielectric properties were developed by the optimization of glasses and anorthite/mullite. The preliminary findings show the new-type glass powder, which is provided with low temperature and low dielectric constant were developed.
