如何保证超长容器的"三度",即直线度、垂直度和平行度,是制造大型塔器的关键问题。本文根据我公司近期制造的几台大型塔器,着重介绍了大型、薄壁、大长径比塔器设备的制造工艺以及一些关键工序的保证措施。

How to guarantee＂ three degree＂ of the excess long container, such as straight degree, vertical degreee and paralled degree, is the key problem that manufacturing large model tower device. According to some large model tower device that made at our Co recesently, the manufacture technology of large model , thin wall and great diameter ratio tower device and guarantee measure of seveal key procedure are introduced herein.
