摘要
为了发现热电厂高温蒸汽管道12Cr1MoV的是否存在超温现象,用金相和硬度测试等方法对12Cr1MoV的球化现象等超温现象进行了研究,对工况条件下12Cr1MoV超温性能进行了分析,发现存在超温现象,提出了改善方案。
In order to find of there is over - heat in 12Cr1MoV high - temperature steam piping of thermal power plant, using metallographic and hardness test to research the over - heat phenomenon of 12Cr1MoV under the work condition and finds over-heat is existed,and provides improvement scheme.
