摘要
在影视文化的国际传播中,原产国的英语片名必定面临着如何翻译为目的语的问题。文章着眼于同一英语片名,在日本和中国两国译介过程中所发生的变异现象,以自1929年以来获奖的80部历届美国奥斯卡最佳影片为研究对象,探讨翻译中的“创造性叛逆”这一命题,总结出英语片名在两国翻译过程中的叛逆主要表现为归化、异化、增译和变译等主要形式。同时将产生创造性叛逆的因素分析归纳为:译者的主体地位、接受环境的影响和接受者的放大作用。影视片名的译介在不同语境与文化背景之下,发生了创造性叛逆。
In the international exchange of films and TV products, there is always the challenge of translating the English film titles into a target language. The paper analyzes the Japanese and Chinese versions of 80 Oscarprize Winners since 1929 and explores the "creative treason" in these translations. This creative treason finds expression mainly in domestication, foreignization, amplification and conversion, and its causes are related to the subjectivity of the translator, the influence of the receiving context and the acceptor' s amplification. Thus, the creative treason in such translations is related to different contexts and cultures.
