摘要
2005年至2010年前后,广州地铁多条线路同时在建,如何保证各线路如期建成开通,直接关系到参建各方的经济利益和项目的社会效益,文中就广州地铁大规模建设期间业主的计划管理进行总结,对其他城市大规模轨道交通工程建设计划管理有一定的指导意义。
There are many metro lines constructed simultaneously in GZ MTR from year 2005 to 2010 around,how to insure all lines completed and put into use on schedule relates to the economic profit of all participants and relates to the social benefit of the project at first hand. The article sums up the employer planning management of GZ MTR massive construction period,which provides certain guidance to the palnning management of massive metro construction works of other cities.
