摘要
超大型工程项目管理系统复杂,文中结合广东科学中心项目建设的成功实践,以项目管理理论为指导,对超大型项目组织管理模式、采购管理、合同管理以及工程管理进行探讨和研究,供同类工程项目参考。
The management system of the ultra-large type project is typically complex. On the basis of the successful practice in the project construction of Guangdong Science Center（GDSC）,this article takes the project management theory as the instruction,put emphasis upon the discussion and research on the management pattern,purchase management,contract management as well as the project management to the ultra-large project organization,for similar project reference.
