The paper not only use the object method to define the Complexity Organization Management, but differentiates from the tool of organization management and points out that only those organization management adopting theory and method of the Sciences of Complexity can be called the Complexity Organization Management. It is coneluded that the introduction of the Sciences of Complexity into organization management is feasible and it is the need to transform the thinking mode.
