摘要 复杂性区域疼痛综合征是一临床发生、发展过程复杂的慢性神经病理性疼痛综合征,本文就其流行病学、发病影响因素、可能的发病机制以及中枢和外周病理生理学变化的最新进展做一综述。 Complex regional pain syndrome （CRPS） is a neuropathic pain disorder, characterized with persistent and severe pain after trauma or surgery. This paper would review the epidemiology, mechanisms and pathophysiology of CRPS.
