摘要
MH-Ni电池的化成制度直接影响CoOOH导电网络的稳定性。介绍了智能化成对电池的循环性能和容量一致性的影响。通过智能化成,电池能形成稳定的CoOOH网络,提高了β-Ni(OH)2的电子导电性,降低了Ni(OH)2粒子间及与导电骨架之间的接触电阻,因而充电更均匀,放电更彻底,电池经过1 C充电10 C放电,循环100次以后,Ni(OH)2的结构没有发生明显的变化,电池的容量高于常规化成电池,且具有良好的一致性。
Formation system of Ni-MH batteries affects directly the stability of electric conductivity net of CoOOH, but through intelligent formation, battery can form stable CoOOH net to improve electric conductivity of β-Ni(OH)2, decrease the contacting resistance between particles of Ni(OH)2 and between electric conductive grid, so the charge will be more uniform, discharge will much complete. After 100 cycles at 1 C charge and 10 of battery was higher than C discharge, the structure of Ni that of batteries with common (OH)2 didn't change obviously, the capacity formation. Furthermore, battery has better uniformity.
