摘要
分析了用1,3-二氧戊环对金属锂电极的表面进行预处理的改性研究结果,通过正交试验找出了表面改性处理的优化方案。电池性能测试结果表明:与未进行表面处理的锂电极比较,用1,3-二氧戊环优化方案处理可使锂电极循环性能及利用率得到较大提高,放电平台也增加了100 mV左右。
A research to improve the properties of lithium metal electrode by pretreating it with 1,3- dioxolane was analyzed. An optimal proposal of surface treatment was found by orthogonal experiment. The properties of lithium metal electrode treated and untreated with 1,3-dioxolane were compared with each other. It was found that the cycle life and utilization rate were improved greatly after pretreating. And the discharge voltage plateau increased by about 100 mV.
