国内外聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的性能比较 被引量:3

摘要 选取了国内外4个品牌5种聚羧酸系高性能减水剂作为研究对象,分别从水泥净浆流动度、与水泥的相容性、保坍性以及产品的性价比等方面进行了对比研究.研究表明:不同品牌的国内外聚羧酸系减水剂具备了低掺量、高减水率、保坍性好、增强效果显著等共同特点,但是与水泥的相容性存在着较大差异.分析认为,国产聚羧酸系高性能减水剂产品与国外同类产品相比,技术性能差距不大,基本上处于同一档次,但是却拥有明显的价格优势.与此同时,我国庞大的建筑市场为国内外聚羧酸系高性能减水剂的推广应用提供了广阔的发展空间,使其具有良好的应用前景. 4 brands of 5 polycarboxylate-type high-performance water reducers,both at home and abroad,are considered as research subjects through the comparisons on the aspects: degree of fluidity of neat cement mortar, compatibility with cement, the performance of maintaining slump and the cost performance. The results show that, some prominent characteristics such as, low volume, high water reducing rates,good performance of maintaining slump and the remarkable enhancement effect could be found in different water reducers, as well as the big difference in the compatibility. The analysis shows that, compare with similar products abroad, domestic water reducers are quite comparable in technical performances, and having clear advantages in price. Meanwhile, the huge construction market in China has provided the broad space for the development of polycarboxylate-type high-performance water reducers both at home and abroad,giving it a good application prospect.
