摘要
用金相显微镜观测了CT45和A合金两种热喷涂层的微观组织和涂层厚度,用失重法测量了两种涂层在700℃时的耐高温氧化性和在模拟介质条件下的耐高温腐蚀性能。结果表明:两种涂层均与基体结合良好,涂层厚度为35μm;700℃时,CT45涂层的耐高温性能好于A合金涂层;在模拟的多相混合物腐蚀环境中,A合金涂层的耐高温腐蚀能力要好于CT45涂层。
The microstructure and thickness for two hot spray coatings of CT45 and a alloy were observed and measured by a metallographic microscope, the high temperature corrosion resistance in simulated medium at 700℃ and oxidation resistance in air at 700℃ of two hot spray coatings were measured by loss weight method. The results shows that the tow hot spray coatings combined with substrate well; The thickness is 35μm and the oxidation resistance of CT45 better than the alloy at 700℃ ; The high temperature corrosion resistance of the alloy hot Spray coating is better than that of CT45 in simulated medium at 700℃.
