通过对三件中碳42CrMo钢曲轴镦锻加热断裂原因的分析,发现工件内部存在稳定过热,同时材料中的氮化物夹杂也加剧了脆断。
By analyzing the cause of the breaking open of three medium carbon 42CrMo steel crankshafts by upset forging heating, discovered that the stability overheating existed inside workpieces, at the same time, the nitride inclusion in the material intensifying the breaking open too.
