摘要
详述采用金属模覆砂和覆砂冷铁芯,上雨淋浇注等新工艺,铸造ZCuPb15Sn7高铅青铜套的过程。经生产实践验证高铅青铜铸件完全达到国外同类产品质量要求。
The casting process of ZCuPbl5Sn7 high Plumbum bronze bushing has been described by the new technology in details, such as adopting sand cladding to the metal mould and sand cladding to the cold iron core, and upper drench pouring etc.. The practical production experience showed that the high plumbum bronze castings completely satisfied the quality requirements of similar products in foreign countries.
