摘要
采用清华铸造工艺CAE(专家)系统对53-21防喷器外壳进行铸造凝固模拟,分析了产生裂纹缺陷的原因,同时对此铸件的铸造工艺进行了优选,并投入正常生产。
Adopting the Tsinghua casting process CAE system, we simulate the casting solidification of the outer casing of 53-21 annular blowout prevent, meanwhile, analyze the reason producing crack, and based on this, we optimize the casting process and bring it into the actual production of outer casing.
