摘要
空气断路器电子脱扣控制系统中的磁通变换器的脱扣力对断路器脱扣分断的可靠性具有直接的影响。通过对磁通脱扣力的分析,进行了脱扣力优化设计,在断路器机构脱扣力不变的情况下,实现空气断路器的安全可靠分断,使脱扣系统小型化及解决了机构连接传动的可靠性问题。
In air circuit-breakers electronic tripping control system, tripping force of a flux converter has direct impacts on the reliability of circuit-breakers tripping-off. Via analysis to flux converter tripping force, optimum design for tripping force was carried out. Under the conditions of unchanged tripping force in circuit-breakers, safe and reliable tripping-off of air circuit-breakers was realized, so as to make the tripping system miniaturized and solve the reliable problem of the mechanism interaction.
