根据十七大提出的新要求和国内外形势的新变化,针对高校改革发展的新情况和青年学生成长成才的新特点,以生为本,扎实提升思想政治理论课的针对性和实效性,是新时期高校思想政治理论课建设的重要责任。
Faced with the new requirements put forward in the 17th Party Congress and the new changes in the domestic and international situations and aimed at the reform of higher education and the growth of college students, it is the important responsibility to construct the student- oriented theoretical class in ideology and politics in the new era so as to enhance its aim and effectiveness.
