he development of the mental lexical research in the lexical structure, lexical retrieving, lexical representation and development has enlightened the vocabulary teaching. This article discusses how we can effectively help students master words and expressions in the English vocabulary teaching and we can intensify and expand their mental vocabulary networks by making use of various mental connections so as to raise students~ ability in learning English.
