摘要
亚硝酸盐催化氯丙嗪与过氧化氢的氧化反应。该反应开始后2~4min内产生最大吸收,并与亚硝酸盐浓度成正比,在4~1300μg/L浓度范围遵循比耳定律。本法已成功地应用于各种水试样中亚硝酸盐的测定。
Chlorpromazine hydrochloride (CPH ) is oxidized by hy- drogen peroxide under the catalyzing of nitrite. The maxi- mum absorption occurs within 2~4 min ,as soon as the reac- tion takes place and is proportional to the nitrite concentra- tion. Beer's Law is obeyed in the range of concentration 4~1300 μg/L. This method is successfully applied to the deter- mination of trace nitrite in various water samples.
