对电刷镀技术进行简介，通过修复实例阐述电刷镀技术在电机修理中的应用。重点对电机转子和电机端盖的电刷镀修复工艺、镀层质量及工艺控制要点进行分析总结，旨在对电刷镀技术在电机修理中的应用提供借鉴和参考。
