摘要
介绍了三维CAD软件Solid Edge环境下圆柱体零件的三维建模、CAD模型如何转换为独立的CAM系统Mastercam中的数据格式、数控加工自动编程以及加工仿真的技术。以链条箱输出轴为例，有效地实现了CAD／CAM技术的集成。
The article introduces 3 D modeling for cylinder parts in the setting of three - dimensional CAD software Solid Edge, CAD model transformation into the data form in a separate CAM system Mastercam, automatic programming for digital control processing as well as the technology of processing simulation. Taking the example of the output axis of a chain box, CAD/CAM technology has been effectively integrated.
