摘要
采用半连续预乳化聚合工艺,以乳化剂J、OP-10为复配乳化剂,制得了可用于木器底漆、固含量高达42%的阳离子型苯丙乳液。考察了乳化剂种类及用量、引发剂用量、功能单体种类及用量等因素对苯丙乳液聚合稳定性的影响。
A high-solid cationic styrene-acrylic emulsion for wood primers was synthesized by semi-continuous pre-emulsion polymerization process, using emulsifier J and OP-10 as complex emulsifier. The effects of emulsifiers' types and addition, initiators' addition, functional monomers' type and addition etc. on polymerization stability of emulsion were discussed.
