主要介绍了国内外食品安全风险监测与预警体系的现状,并就构建我国食品安全风险监测与预警体系提出了四点建议以供参考。
This paper introduces the situation of domestic and international food safety monitoring and pre-warning system, and gives four-point proposal to building China's food safety risk monitoring and early warning system for reference.
