摘要
采用了气相色谱法(毛细管柱)测定了食品中防腐剂丙酸盐含量,实验结果表明,该方法可准确测定食品中的丙酸盐且有很好的线性关系,相关系数大于99%,最低检出限为0.02g/kg,加标回收率在90.0%-105.0%之间,可用于食品中丙酸盐的检测。
A new method for the determination of Propionate in several foods by gas chromatography was studied. It is shown that the content was in a good linearity (r^2 〉 99% ). The lowest propionic acid content determined was 0.02 g/kg. The recovery rate was 90.0%- 105.0%. It can be applied to determine propionie acid content in food.
