辛酸钼的合成及其润滑性能研究 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS OF MOLYBDENUM CAPRYLATE AND STUDYON THEIR LUBRICATING PROPERTY

摘要 用辛酸为配体,在催化剂存在下与三氧化钼反应制备了两种辛酸钼,即正辛酸钼(MoCY1)和2-乙基己酸钼(MoCY2),用IR光谱确定了其结构.四球试验机的磨损评定结果表明,在用量大于或等于0.8%(质量分数)时,表现出较好的抗磨抗氧性能,且2-乙基己酸钼优越于正辛酸钼.用IR光谱探讨了MoCY1,MoCY2的润滑机理. おolybdenum caprylate(MoCY1) and molybdenum 2ethylcaproate(MoCY2) were prepared with molybdenum trioxide and noctylic acid or 2ethylhexoic acid in the presence of catalyst, and verified by FTIR. The lubricating properties of the two molybdenum caprylates were tested. The results showed that their resistance to oxidation and abrasion were satisfactory, and that of MoCY2 was better than that of MoCY1. The mechanism of lubrication was discussed
