摘要
用辛酸为配体,在催化剂存在下与三氧化钼反应制备了两种辛酸钼,即正辛酸钼(MoCY1)和2-乙基己酸钼(MoCY2),用IR光谱确定了其结构.四球试验机的磨损评定结果表明,在用量大于或等于0.8%(质量分数)时,表现出较好的抗磨抗氧性能,且2-乙基己酸钼优越于正辛酸钼.用IR光谱探讨了MoCY1,MoCY2的润滑机理.
おolybdenum caprylate(MoCY1) and molybdenum 2ethylcaproate(MoCY2) were prepared with molybdenum trioxide and noctylic acid or 2ethylhexoic acid in the presence of catalyst, and verified by FTIR. The lubricating properties of the two molybdenum caprylates were tested. The results showed that their resistance to oxidation and abrasion were satisfactory, and that of MoCY2 was better than that of MoCY1. The mechanism of lubrication was discussed
