摘要
β-环糊精具有中心空腔,与进入该空腔的有机分子,能够形成包结络合物。本文通过核磁共振─氢谱研究β-环糊精与α-萘酚的包结历程,即利用化学位移的变化,推出色结络合物的可能结构和包结类型。
A cyclodextrin has a central cavity into which organic molecules can enter to form inclusion complexes. The paper syudied the inclusion course of β-cyclodextrin with α-naphthyl hydroxide. Using changes in chemical shifts, a possible structure and types of inclusion for inclusion comples is proposed.
