中年脑梗死患者疾病不确定感状况及影响因素

Status and influence factors of uncertainty in illness on middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction

目的调查中年脑梗死患者疾病不确定感状况,并分析影响因素。方法采用Mishel疾病不确定感量表(Mishel’s uncertainty in illness scale,MUIS)、一般情况调查问卷对60例30～50岁的脑梗死患者进行问卷调查。结果中年脑梗死患者疾病不确定感16.67%处于高水平,63.33%处于中等水平;文化程度以及临床类型是影响中年脑梗死患者疾病不确定感的主要因素。结论中年脑梗死患者普遍存在疾病不确定感,提示护士应重视疾病不确定感对中年脑梗死患者的影响,采取有效的干预措施降低患者疾病不确定感,减轻患者的心理压力,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate the uncertain conditions in illness of middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction, and analyze its impact factors. Methods A questionnaire survey on the 60 middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction by using Mishel＇s uncertainty in illness scale （MUIS） and general questionnaire were conducted. Results 16.67% of the middleaged patients with cerebral infarction overall uncertainty in illness had a high level and 63.33% of the patients at the middle level;Education and clinical types in patients with cerebral infarction affecting the middle-aged disease were major factors in uncertainty. Conclusion The uncertainty in illness is prevalent in the middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction, thererfore,nurses should pay full attention to the uncertainty effect on the middle-aged patients with cerebral infarction and take effective measures of intervention to reduce the uncertainty in patients with the disease, reduce the patients＇ psychological pressure, improve their survival qualities.
