摘要
江西盛产野生植物多穗柯。本文初步研究了从多穗柯中提取食用多穗柯棕色素的生产工艺，并对多穗柯棕色素的理化性质及安全性作了综合考核和评价。结果表明，工艺合理可行，提取率（占干叶重）８％～１０％。从而为开发利用多穗柯资源，提供了科学依据。
In this paper,the technological process of extracting brownpigment from dried foliage of lithocarpus polystaclyus rehd which were aboudant in natural resources in JX province is studied .And its physical and chemicalproerties and the security of Brownpigment are examined .All the results shows that the industrial process is quite resonable and the exarating rate is 8~10%.It is provided for the scientfic basics for making use of the natural resource of lithocarpus polystachyus rehd.
