摘要
根据文献中的热力学数据及相关的密度数据,计算了金属氧化物(硫化物、碳化物、氮化物)的单位体积标准生成自由能变化,并绘制了相应的ΔGV—T图。由于单位体积生成自由能变化是生成氧化物(包括硫化物、碳化物、氮化物)新相的唯一过程驱动力,在判断合金选择氧化(硫化、碳化、氮化)的可能性时,单位体积标准生成自由能变化将提供一项重要的基础性数据。
The diagrams of the standard free energy change per unit volume for the formation of oxide (sulfide, carbide, nitride) vs temperature were calculated and plotted based on the available data of densities and the standard free energy change of the corresponding compunds. It has been proposed that the free energy change per unit volume is the real drive force for the formation of oxide (sulfide, carbide, nitride). Therefore, the standard free energy change per unit volume for the formation of oxides (sulfides, carbides, nitrides) are the fundamental data which can be used to decide the tendency of the selective oxidation (sulfidation, carbonization, nitration) of alloys.
