分子筛催化剂粒径对波面移动床各传热系数的影响

摘要 采用粉粒体传热的两区模型和微元体能量平衡理论,研究和分析了不同粒径的分子筛催化剂对波面移动床换热器中各传热系数的影响。实验研究结果表明:分子筛催化剂颗粒粒径的大小对壁面传热系数和总传热系数影响大,而对中央区的传热系数无影响。 Applying the twozone model theory and the energy balance of the microbody, the effects of the different diameter of the molcular sieve on various heat transfer coefficients in waved plate moving bed heat exchanger are investigated. Experimental results reveal that this diameter exerts strong influence to the overall heat transfer coefficients and that on the wall, but irrelevant to that in the central zone. These findings contribute to the theoretic base in developing and application of the catalyst waved plate moving bed heat exchanger.
