摘要
本文利用硅胶柱层析方法，选择一系列极性递增的混合溶剂体系为梯度洗脱剂，对松香酸聚氧乙烯酯（PORE）中单、双酯及聚乙二醇组分进行了定量分离与分析。分析结果表明松香酸聚氧乙烯酯中单酯含量70～80％，双酯10～20％，聚乙二醇～10％。
A column chromatographic method for the separation and determination of polyoxyethylene rosin ester mixtures is presented. The obsorbent is silca gel, and the mobile phase is a series of solvents with in creasing polarity such as CHCl3-EtoAc and CHCl3-MeOH. Analysis results show that mone-ester, diester and polyethyleneglycol contained in PORE mixtures are about 70~80% 10~20% and 10% respeitively.
