以梅花针叩刺为主治疗创伤后湿疹疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Plum-blossom Needle Therapy as a Main Treatment for Posttraumatic Eczema

目的观察以梅花针叩刺为主治疗创伤后湿疹的临床疗效。方法将89例地震后创伤后湿疹患者随机分为三组。A组30例,采用梅花针叩刺配合局部拔罐合穴位注射及悬灸治疗;B组30例,采用曲咪新乳膏局部外擦治疗;C组29例,同时采用A组和B组的治疗。结果治疗30d后,A组总有效率为86.7%,B组总有效率为66.7%,C组总有效率为89.7%,A组与C组疗效均优于B组(P<0.05),A组与C组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺加局部拔罐合穴位注射及悬灸治疗创伤后湿疹是一种有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of plum-blossom needle therapy as a main treatment for posttraumatic eczema. Methods Eighty-nine patients with post-earthquake posttraumatic eczema were randomly allocated to three groups. Group A of 30 cases were treated by plum-blossom needle tapping plus local cupping, acupuncture point injection and suspended moxibustion. Group B of 30 cases were treated by local application of Triamcinolone-Miconazole-Neomycin Cream. Group C of 29 cases were treated by the two methods used for Group A and B respectively. Results After 30 days of treatment, the total efficacy rate was 86.7% in group A, 66.7% in group B and 89.7% in group C. The therapeutic effect was better in Group A and C than in Group B （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between Group A and C （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Plum-blossom needle therapy plus local cupping, acupuncture point injection and suspended moxibustion is an effective way to treat posttraumatic eczema.
