摘要
目的观察穴位埋线治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用口服西药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93.5%,对照组总有效率76.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线治疗斑秃总有效率优于药物组。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding in treating alopecia areata. Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received acupoint catgut embedding and the control group took Western medicine orally. Results The total efficacy rate was 93.5% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding has a better effect than Western medicine in treating alopecia areata and is worthy of popularization.
