Ghrelin在血压调节中的作用
摘要
Ghrelin是一种含有28个氨基酸残基的多肽,主要由胃黏膜下层的X/A样细胞分泌产生。近年来发现,ghrelin具有重要的心血管效应,如减小血管阻力、降低血压、提高心输出量等。该文就ghrelin在血压调节中的作用研究现状作一综述。
