二氧化钛/煅烧高岭土复合粉体材料的紫外光透过性能 被引量:6

摘要 以煅烧高岭土和四氯化钛为主要原料,用水解沉淀法在煅烧高岭土表面包覆纳米二氧化钛制备了一种无机复合型抗紫外材料;采用分光光度计测定波长325nm、350nm、375nm、400nm紫外光下复合材料的透光度。结果表明,TiO2包覆量、煅烧温度、钛盐水解pH值、硫酸铵用量等对TiO2/煅烧高岭土复合粉体材料的紫外光透过性能有重要影响;制备的TiO2/煅烧高岭土复合粉体材料的紫外光透过度低于6%,接近商品二氧化钛。 Using calcined kaolin and titanium tetrachloride as the main raw materials, a kind of anti-UV inorganic composite was prepared by hydrolysis-precipitation process, in which the nano TiO2 film was coated on the surface of the calcined kaolin. The UV light transmittance of the composite was measured on the wave length of 325nm, 350nm, 375nm, 400nm by the ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The results showed that the covering amount of TiO2, calcining temperature, pH of the hydrolyzation titanium-salt, have important influence on the ultraviolet light transmittance of the TiO2/ calcined kaolin composite powder. The UV light transmittance of the TiO2/calcined kaolin composite powder material is below 6% and close to commercial titanium dioxide.
