摘要
制备三种类型的脱水坡缕石,通过铝锆偶联剂对脱水坡缕石进行表面改性,采用沉降高度法来评价改性效果,分析了改性剂用量、改性温度、改性时间对沉降高度的影响,从而找出了三种脱水坡缕石的最佳改性工艺,为进一步研究脱水坡缕石的摩擦磨损性能奠定了良好基础。
Three types of dehydrated palygorskites are prepared, and Al-Zr coupling agents are used to modificate dehydrated palygorskite by the settlement height method employed to evaluate the effects of surface modification. The optimal modification process parameters are obtained by analyzing the influences of modification agents amount, modification temperature and modification time on settlement height, so that it could provide the good basis for further study the friction and wear performance of dehydrated palygorskite.
