摘要
在现有的制备可膨胀石墨的工艺路线的基础上,以50目鳞片石墨为原材料制备可膨胀石墨,将一次性投入重铬酸钾和浓硫酸(反应物)变成分次投入,并将洗涤过程中的部分滤液用作下一次制备的反应物。在使用等量的重铬酸钾和浓硫酸的情况下,制备出的可膨胀石墨的产量是一次性投入的4倍。同时,可以节约15%的洗涤水的用量。另外,应用SEM和XRD表征了可膨胀石墨的形貌和结构。
Expandable graphite is prepared by 50 mesh of flake graphite as raw material, and potassium dichromate and concentrated sulfur acid (reactants), which are input into the reactor once, are separately input into the reactor in turn, which bases on the process of preparing expandable graphite in existence. Meanwhile, a part of filtrate is applied as the reactants for the next preparation in the process of lavation. Under unchanging the dosages of potassium dichromate and concentrated sulfur acid, the output of the expandable graphite is five times as much than the one which is prepared by inputting into once, and 15% of washing water can be saved in the process of the preparation. In addition, the morphology and the structure of expandable graphite are characterized by SEM and XRD.
