摘要
目的评价我科自主设计的数字化眼动仪在眼球运动测量中是否存在优越性。方法将眼动仪与眼电图(electrooculogram,EOG)同步记录14例正常成年人各偏转角(±5°,±10°,±15°,±20°)15s内眼球扫视运动波形并进行比较分析。结果EOG波形为锯齿波,而眼动仪记录波形为矩形波。2种方法数据分析单元的平均值均随偏转角绝对值的增加而增大,呈"V形"曲线。同一偏转角下,眼动仪组的幅值变异系数小于EOG组且差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。不同偏转角眼动仪、EOG数据分析单元变异系数相差显著(P<0.01),眼动仪组数据分析单元的变异系数小于EOG组。结论在相同条件下,眼动仪记录正常成年人扫视运动更精确,变异程度、个体差异均较EOG小。
Objective To evaluate the advantages of self-designed eye tracker in recording the eye movements. Methods After recording of the saccades of 14 normal subjects at each deflection angle (5, 10, 15, 20) simultaneously and concurrently for 15 s by an eye tracker and electrooculogram (EOG), the data were then compared and analyzed. Results Sawtooth-like waveform was found in EOG but square-like waveform in the eye tracker. The mean value of data analysis unit in both methods rose with the increases in the absolute value of deflection angle like V. Coefficient of variations in amplitude at each deflection angle was significantly lower in the eye tracker than that in EOG (P 〈 0.01 except at -10 , P 〈 0.05 ). Coefficient of variations in data analyzing unit was significantly lower in the eye tracker than that in EOG (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Under the same condition, an eye tracker for recording saccades in normal subjects is less variable and more precise as compared with EOG. The individual variation in the record by eye tracker is less than that by EOG.
