摘要
目的观察土甘草水提物和醇提物对小鼠灌胃给药的急性毒性。方法以土甘草水提物1.57g/ml,醇提物2.40g/ml,最大剂量40ml/kg分别对小鼠灌胃给药,观察其急性毒性。结果给药后,小鼠均蜷卧少动,24h后此症状消失。观察7d,小鼠的行为、进食、皮毛、眼和粘膜、呼吸、四肢活动和体重均无异常,未出现其它毒性反应。土甘草水提物对小鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受量为62.8g生药/kg;醇提物对小鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受量为96.0g生药/kg。结论土甘草水提物对小鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受量为62.8g生药/kg;醇提物对小鼠灌胃给药的最大耐受量为96.0g生药/kg。未出现其它毒性反应。
Objective To study the acute toxicity of water soluble extract and ethanol soluble extract of Derris Eriocarpa How (DEH) in mice. Methods The maximum administration dosage ( concentration 1.57 g/ml, dose 40 ml/kg ) of the water soluble extract was determined by ig adminstration in mice ; the maximum administration dosage ( concentration 2.40 g/ml, dose 40 ml/kg ) of the ethanol soluble extract was determined by ig adminstration in mice. Toxicologic study of water soluble extract and ethanol soluble extract of DEH was observed. Results The mice lay curled up and had little moves. After 24 h, its symptom disappeared. During the obsevation period of 7 d, their behavior, feed, superficial knowledge, and the eye, the mucous membrane, breath, four limb activity and body weight all had no other toxic response. The maximal tolerance dose of water soluble extract of DEH is 62.8 g/kg, and the maximal tolerance dose of ethanol soluble extract of DEH was 96.0 g/kg. Conclusion The maximal tolerance dose of water soluble extract of DEH was 62.8 g/kg, and the maximal tolerance dose of ethanol soluble extract of DEH is 96.0 g /kg. They dor't present other toxic response.
