摘要
目的考察灵雷菌质的抗炎镇痛作用。方法通过二甲苯致耳肿胀及醋酸引起毛细血管扩张法观察灵雷菌质的抗炎作用;采用热板法观察灵雷菌质的镇痛作用。结果灵雷菌质对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和醋酸引起的毛细血管扩张有良好的抑制作用;并能提高热致痛小鼠的痛阈。结论双向固体发酵后的灵雷菌质仍保留一定的抗炎与镇痛作用。
Objective To research the anti - inflammatory and analgesic effects of fungal fermentative products in Tripterygium wilfordii Hook( ling lei fungal substance). Methods The models of ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and capillary permeability induced by acetic acid were used to observe the anti - inflammatory effect. Hot - plate method was used to observe the analgesic effect. Results The Fungal Fermentative Products in ling lei fungal substance could significantly reduce the capillary permeability of mice, inhibit ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene in mice, and elevate pain threshold. Conclusion The fungal fermentation substances on ling lei fungal substance has anti -inflammatory and analgesic effects.
