摘要
目的确立玉米须提取物降糖的有效活性部位,从不同角度观察玉米须提取物的降糖作用。方法分别采用四氧嘧啶、肾上腺素造糖尿病模型,通过检测血糖来观察玉米须提取物对糖尿病小鼠模型的影响。结果玉米须提取物皂苷能显著或明显降低肾上腺素、四氧嘧啶所致的高血糖。结论玉米须总皂苷是玉米须降糖有效活性部位。
Objective To ensure the effective active part of the extracts of Maize tassel to reduce blood sugar, Methods We established the diabetic model with alloxan and adrenaline injection, and the effect of the extracts of Maize tassel on diabetic model was observed by checking blood sugar. Results The Maize tassel saponin could reduce the hyperglycaemia caused by alloxan and adrenaline. Conclusion The Maize tassel saponin is the effective active part of Maize tassel to reduce blood sugar.
