威灵仙类药材的紫外谱线组法鉴别研究

Studies on Identification of the Medicinal Materials of Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis by Ultraviolet Spectrum (UV)

目的利用紫外谱线组法对威灵仙类药材进行鉴别。方法采用紫外谱线组法,分别对氯仿、无水乙醇、水3种溶剂的威灵仙类药材浸出液进行紫外光谱扫描,并测定其吸收峰数目和其峰位值。结果威灵仙类药材的紫外谱线组图像、最大吸收峰数目及峰位值具有较大差异。结论该法简便、准确、灵敏,可鉴别威灵仙类药材。

Objective To identify the medicinal materials of Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis ＇s by UV spectrophotometry groups. Methods Chloroform, petroleum ether and absolute alcohol were used as extraction solvents, and the UV spetra of the extracts was set out. Results The UV spectra of the medicinal materials of Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis showed different maximum absorption peaks both in number and intensity. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to distinguish the medicinal materials of Radix et Rhizoma Clematidis.
