藤茶多糖AGP-3的分离纯化与结构的初步鉴定 被引量:11

摘要 目的对藤茶水溶性多糖进行分离纯化得到AGP-3组分,并对其结构进行初步的鉴定,为藤茶多糖结构与生物活性关系的研究奠定基础。方法采用DEAE-SephadexA-25、SephadexG-200和HPLC对藤茶多糖分离纯化,并通过IR、GC、1HNMR和13CNMR分析对藤茶多糖AGP-3组分的结构进行了初步鉴定。结果AGP-3重均分子量(Mw)为1.02×105Da,含中性糖质量分数57.6%、糖醛酸32.3%、蛋白质3.5%。结论藤茶多糖分离组分AGP-3为一种含蛋白质的复合多糖。 Objective To provide a basis for the research about the relation between the structure and its bioactivities of polysaccharides from Ampelopsis grossedentata. The polysaccharide fraction AGP - 3 was obtained and analyzed preliminarily after water - soluble polysaccharides from Ampelopsis grossedentata being isolated and purified. Methods The water - soluble polysaccharides from Ampelopsis grossedentata were isolated and purified with DEAE - Sephadex A - 25, Sephadex G - 200 and HPLC, and the structure of AGP- 3 was analyzed preliminarily by IR, GC, IHNMR and 13CNMR. Results The molecular averageweight (MW) of AGP - 3 was 1.02× 105 Da, containing 57.6% neutral sugar, 32.3% uronic acid and 3.5% protein. Conclusion The polysaccharide fraction AGP - 3 from Ampelopsis grossedentata is a kind of conjugated polysaccharide containing protein.
