简要阐述了手性药物的世界销售市场。综述了目前实验室和工业生产领域手性药物的拆分方法,包括:结晶拆分法,化学拆分法,动力学拆分法,生物拆分法,色谱拆分法,手性萃取拆分法和膜拆分法等,并简要介绍了每种方法的应用情况及优缺点。
In this paper,the global market of chiral drugs were summarized.Chiral resolution techniques were briefly reviewed according to recent references,both those already in commercial practice and emerging technologies in labs,including crystallization,chemical,ferment,chromatographic,chiral extraction and membranous.The merit and defect of every methods were discussed.
